Holiday Gifts from the Heart - December 6, 2008 10am-12:00pm
Instead of shopping for Holiday gifts, why not make them yourself! In this spirited workshop, girls will make a variety of gifts for friends or family.The Holidays are a time of giving, so one of the created gifts will be donated to a local charity. Snack and Artzzone craft patch included.

Teddy and Me- January 17, 2009 10am-11:30am
Its a teddy bear picnic! Choose an 8" teddy bear or other furry friend to stuff and love. Then decorate new t-shirts for you and your new friend. We'll finish up with a special snack and fancy drink!

Mermaid Tea - February 1, 2009 1pm-2:30pm
Join us for an enchanted tea under the sea! Little mermaids will delight as they have blue mermaid tea and cookies then get fancy with accessories and sparkly mermaid face paint. Then, they will craft their very own mermaid doll to remember this special event!

Fancy Nancy Soiree - May 17, 2009 1pm-2:30pm
Bon Jour and Enchante! That's fancy talk for "Hello" and "Nice to meet you"! We are having a sioree...as Nancy would say,"That's French for Party"! Girls will get dressed up in fancy clothes and have a fancy snack using their very best table manners. Then we'll ready a Fancy Nancy story and create a fancy craft!

Sweet Shop Fun Shop - Call to schedule date and time!
Do you have a sweet tooth? Here at Artzzone, we do!! What could be sweeter than ice cream? Girls will paint their own ice cream cup and spoon. Once their masterpieces are glazed and fired in our studio, have your own ice cream social! Our process makes your pieces food and microwave safe! After all the painting is done, we dabble in some edible art. Come hungry!

Brownie Workshops

Maiden's Try-It Fun - October 19, 2008 1pm - 3pm & March 21, 2009 10am-12pm
Earn your Medieval Maiden's Try-It in this crafty workshop! Ever wonder what is was like living in medieval times? Well, lets find out. How about sampling some medieval faire or making a toy that was used long ago. Come on all you maidens, lets Try-It!
$12.00 per girl

Science Master Supershop - November 15, 2008 10am - 2pm
Earn two Try-Its in this super science workshop. Girls will earn their Science Wonders and Science in Action Try-Its. Is it magic or science? You decide as we make some edible bubbles, grow some crystals, and make the strangest glop you have ever seen!
$17.00 per girl (This workshop is being held at Camp Laurelwood in Spencer, MA. but can be scheduled at Artzzone. Workshop includes patches).

Crafty Camp In- February 7-8, 2009 5:30pm-9:30am
Bring your sleeping bag and get ready to have some crafty camp-in fun! We'll make smores, sing songs, and create awesome crafts! You'll sample all our cool craft offerings from wet clay to ceramics and decoupage to painting. Sleep amonth the crafts in this totally cool overnighter. Workshop includes snack, breakfast, and patch.

Manners the Fancy Nancy Way -April 5, 2009 1pm-3pm
We are having a sioree...or as Nancy would say, "That's French for Party"! While we're at it, why not earn your Manners Try-It. Fancy Nancy is all about being fancy and using your manners is very fancy! We'll practice table manners by having a fancy snack and drink. Learn how to plan a party from the party experts here at Artzzone. Then plan your own Sioree complete with handmade invitations. Come on....lets be fancy!

Earth is Our Home -April 22, 2009 10am-12pm
How can we make our earth a better place? This "green" workshop is all about becoming green. Learn how to make environment friendly products. Make a craft using recycled materials. How about cooking smores without a fire? Its not easy being green, but we'll Try-It as you earn your Earth is our Home Try-It.
$12.00 per girl (This workshop is being held at Camp Green Eyrie in Harvard, MA but can be scheduled separately at Artzzone. Workshop inlcudes patch).

My BFF and Me- May 3, 2009 1pm-3pm
Friends are fun! Earn your Friends are Fun Try-It while making fabulous crafts for your best friends. How about a special friendshop bracelet or some funky stationary designed by you for secret notes? You'll complete 4 incredible.

Crafty Spa Camp In- June 13-14, 2009 5:30pm-9:30am
Bring your sleeping bag and get ready to have some crafty spa camp-in fun! Learn how to keep yourself healthy inside and out and try some fun spa activities like facials, manicures, and more. Sleep among the crafts and earn Your Health Habbits Try-It in this totally cool overnighter. Workshop includes snack, breakfast, and patch.

Edible Art Funshop - Call to schedule date and time!
Make your art and eat it too! Artists are not the only ones who can create art. Chefs do it everyday with their edible masterpeices. In this tasty funshop, girls will learn to appreciate art from the kitchen! From cookie dough sculptures to edible mosaics, make sure you bring your sweet tooth and come hungry!

Passion for Fashion - Call to schedule date and time!
Girls will earn their Art to Wear Try-It in this "all about fashion" workshop. Not all art hangs on walls. Lets wear it instead. Girls will try their hands at tie-dye, face painting, and other wearable art.

Art Explosion - Call to schedule date and time!
Young artists will earn their Colors and Shapes Try-It in this creative workshop for creative kids. We will integrate arts and crafts with a focus on teaching the basic elements of art: Colors, lines, and shapes. Girls will complete (4) two and three dimensional projects.
$10.00 per girl

Junior Workshops

Medieval You- October 26, 2008 1pm-3pm & March 22, 20091pm-3pm
Earn you Council's Own Medieval Maiden's Badge. Ever wonder what it was like living in Medieval times? Lets find out! How about sampling some medieval Faire or making a piece of jewelry that was worn long ago. Come on all you maidens lets give it a try!
$13.00 per girl

All about Science Supershop - December13, 2008 10am - 2pm
Earn two Try-Its in this super science workshop. Girls will "Make it Matter" as they "Discover Science". You'll create and invent in this super expiramental workshop.

Ceramics and Clay - January 11, 2009 1pm-4pm
It is what we do best! You'll work with a variety of clay mediums. We'll mold it, fold it, and roll it! you'll also learn how to glaze and fire a piece of bisque painted by you.
$15.00 per girl (add $1.50 per girl if you would like your piece shipped to you).

Design Your Space - March 15, 2009 1pm-4pm
Do you like to create? This is what architects do every day. Become an aspiring architect as you earn your Architecture badge. You will learn about different styles of architecture and design some of your own spaces.

Take Action -April 22, 2009 1pm-4pm
Eco action that is! This "green" workshop is all about becoming "green". Learn how to make environment friendly products. Make "trashy" art and more. Find out ways to educate the community on being earth friendly.

Wonderful World of Crafts -May 5, 2009 10am-1pm
Earn your Making Hobbies badge in this crafty workshop. Try your hand at many different crafts such as paper quilling, nature art, decoupage, and more. You may just finish this workshop with a new hobby!
